What is Slush?

Have you ever wanted to know how a Frozen Drink is made.

To Serve a drink below Freezing it needs to have a few key ingredients.

• Water
• Juice or Sugar
• Colour
• Flavour
• Preservatives

The Sugar content in a frozen drink must be between 13% and 18%.

Freeze Beverages uses Juice for its natural sugar instead of Raw Sugar.
