TROUBLE SHOOTING FOR COLA-FREEZE AND ALCO-POP FREEZE

  

PROBLEM.....................No Slush is Being Made.

 POSSIBLE CAUSE

 SUGGESTED SOLUTION

1.The cubes are not Frozen Solid.

Leave them I the Freezer longer and check your freezer is set to -18 degrees Celsius.  

2.The Drink is not cold enough.

All beverages must be at refrigerator temperature of +4 degrees Celsius.

3.The cube has a leak.

Check the cube if leaking, return for replacement if within 3 months of purchase or discard and replace.

4.You are using a milk based product.

The product does not work with milk. You will need to purchase the Ice Cream Freeze attachments.

5.You are using pure water.

Add a half teaspoon of sugar to the water in the cup before shaking.

6.The drink has over 5 % Alcohol.

Use only Pre-Chilled alco Pops with less than 5% Alcohol.

7.You are not shaking the cup properly.

Remember it is hand below and shake up and down twice. This may need to be done vigorously for some drinks.

8.You are shaking the cup too quickly and not allowing a two second interval between shakes.

Remember the shaking should take 60 to 120 seconds to complete. So release your finger and have a break of 2 seconds between shakes.

9. You have added too much cold drink.

Remember to add 250 mls of cold drink or fill over the top of the 2 frozen cubes only.

                                                                    

  

PROBLEM..................The slush will not pour from the Cup.

1.You have shaken the cup too many times or waited too long between shakes.

1.Operate according to instructions or spoon the drink from the cup and seperate the cubes.

2.You have let the cup sit too long before pouring.

2.Pour the drink into the cup immediately after finishing the desired shakes.

  

  

PROBLEM..................The Blizzie Cubes will not Freeze White or solid.

1.Your freezer is not set to a cold enough temperature.

Set the freezer temperature to High....the freezer temperature needs to be at least -18 degrees Celsius.

2.The Blizzie Cubes have not been left in the freezer long enough at the cold temperature needed.

Leave the Blizzie cubes in the freezer for 24 hours. If they have not turned white and your freezer is at -18 degrees Celsius contact us for a replacement.

3.Your freezer is over loaded.  

Reduce the load in the Freezer.

  

PROBLEM.................The cup is leaking.

1.You are not lifting your finger between shakes.  

.Lift your finger between shakes to vent the gas
