Free-on-Loan - FAQ
How Does it Work?
The Free-on-Loan program is a 24 month Loan agreement, were the Customer agrees to borrow a slush machine from Freeze Beverages.
In return for borrowing a Slush Machine from Freeze Beverages the customer agrees to buy slush syrups from Freeze Beverages on a monthly bases. The customer also agrees to only use product purchased from Freeze Beverages to use in Slush Machine.
What is the Trial period?
At any time during the first 6 months of the loan agreement, the customer can choose to return the slush machine to Freeze Beverages with no more to pay. This is a safety net for the customer so that they can make sure that the Free-on-Loan program works for their location.
Who Owns the Machine?
At all times, the slush machine (and other loan equipment/POS) is owned by Freeze Beverages. This also means Freeze Beverages is reasonable for the cost of repairs if the machine breaks down. This can save the customer hundreds of dollars per year on maintenance cost.
The cost of repairs is only the responsibility of the customer if the equipment is damaged due to theft, fire, misuse, not following the instructions given, abuse or acts of God.
What does it cost?
To start the customer must purchase 4 cartons of syrup up front at $50 + GST per Bottle.
6 x 2 ltr bottles.($300 + GST per Carton)
This is for a Two (2) bowl frozen drink machine. The total start-up cost is $1200 + GST and freight of the machine to the customers location.
We also have 3 bowl options available on the Free-on-Loan program, this requires 6 cartons of syrup to be purchased upfront (Total $1600 + GST + Freight)

- Cocktail Freeze
- XLR8
Our Fruit Freeze and XLR 8 products are ideal for non-alcoholic drinks and for use in sporting clubs, cafes, schools, convenience stores and petrol sites. Our Cocktail Freeze Range is great for Bars, Hotels, Clubs and Pubs.
How Many Drinks does a Bottle of Syrup Make?
Most 2 litre bottle are a 6:1* mix ratio and including expansion, 16.1 litres of finished product are made from each bottle. (not including alcohol for Cocktail Freeze)

What happens at the end of the 6 Month Trial period?
The Customer has 4 options.
1. Give the machine back to Freeze Beverages (no more to pay).
2. Commit to one carton of syrup per month for the remainder of the 24 month agreement. (1 carton = $300 + GST)
3. Pay a rental of $100 per month for the remainder of the 24 months, and only buy syrups as required. (1 carton = $300 + GST)
4. Purchase a new 2 or 3 bowl Slush Machine from Freeze Beverages .
How do I apply for a Free-on-Loan Machine?
It’s Simple, Please contact Freeze Beverages by calling 1300 FREEZE (373 393)
You will be asked to provide (100 Points) of ID, as well as proof of address and you are required to fill out and sign a 24 month agreement.
We also sell cups, straws and mixing buckets, We will provide you with Free POS (Point of Sale) like an A-Frame and A3 posters.
Can I purchase a Machine from Freeze Beverages?
